El fenómeno de las redes sociales ha supuesto una auténtica revolución en la forma de comunicarnos con el resto del mundo. Estos medios han transformado nuestro estilo de vida, nuestra forma de interactuar, hasta el punto de convertirse en herramientas fundamentales para el trabajo y el estudio. En el ámbito de la enseñanza de idiomas, resultan cada vez más evidentes sus beneficios para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje colaborativos y autónomos.

Duración: 10 horas.

Este curso pretende mostrar las diversas posibilidades educativas que tienen las redes sociales para promover un aprendizaje cooperativo, motivador, seguro y real en el aula de E/LE. Para ello, analizaremos las características y las posibilidades didácticas de las redes sociales más adecuadas para la enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Elgg y Ning), reflexionaremos sobre cómo adiestrar a los alumnos en el manejo y creación de una comunidad de clase virtual y presentaremos distintos recursos y estrategias para integrar, a través de estas redes, las destrezas lingüísticas, los contenidos formales y el componente cultural.
