| Requisitos | – Máster o equivalente – Nativo español (latinoamericano) – Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en educación superior – Conocimiento de la realidad sociocultural de Latinoamérica – Conocimiento pedagógico – Conocimiento de una segunda lengua románica, preferentemente italiano – Buena comunicación en inglés – Habilidad para trabajar con herramientas educativas y enseñanza online. Otros requisitos complementarios: – computer skills: MS Office, ability to operate platforms used for distance education, – readiness for didactic mobility (visiting schools in Silesia as a part of promotional activities), – readiness to share the knowledge and experience with others, – ability to work in a team, – self-reliance, good work organization skills, – pro-active attitude and initiative. |
