Contrato	– Contrato de trabajo desde Enero de 2020 hasta finales de junio 2020 (con posibilidades de renovación). – Un mes de vacaciones al año (sin contar festivos). – Alta en la Seguridad Social lituana, exportable a España al 100% (contabilizable para ayudas de desempleo y pensiones). – Ayuda desde el primer día para establecerte en el país: búsqueda de piso, abrir una cuenta bancaria, registro en el ambulatorio, traducciones, y otras cuestiones administrativas. – Clases de lituano opcionales con posiblemente la mejor profesora de la ciudad, que también habla español.
Salario	Sueldo fijo + variable según horas de trabajo (entre 750/1000€ , dependiendo del mes, pero el promedio se acerca más a la cifra alta que a la baja).
Requisitos	Experiencia previa en la enseñanza ELE. Una carrera de Magisterio, Filología o Traducción (o afines). Pasión por la(s) lengua(s), la lingüística y la enseñanza. Inquietudes culturales y capacidad para divulgar los conocimientos. Son bienvenidas otro tipo de experiencias, como voluntariado, campamentos, actividades de animación sociocultural, etc.
Responsabilidades	– Dar clase de ELE de cualquier nivel a grupos de adultos y adolescentes, y, de preferencia, también a niños. – Dar clases particulares (ocasionalmente por Skype o en una oficina cercana a la escuela). – Sugerir y preparar eventos culturales que atraigan a amantes de la lengua española que quieran poner en práctica sus conocimientos en una presentación, una noche de juegos, una tertulia o lo que se te ocurra (al menos una vez cada semestre). – Discutir y argumentar tus opciones didácticas con el resto de profesores.
