| Responsabilidades | You will be assisting the language teacher with language classes or teaching small groups on your own. An important element of the role will be to improve your students’ confidence when communicating in Spanish. You will also work to ensure classes are interactive and fun by discussing contemporary aspects of youth culture in Spain such as current affairs, education, sport, fashion, films, TV, lifestyles and celebrations to keep students engaged in the subject. This can be done by planning activities/ games and using photos, travel guides and maps as well as text extracts from newspapers or the Internet. At A-Level, you will be working with small groups of students and preparing them for the very specific requirements of the Edexcel speaking exam: this will require an advanced knowledge of Spanish current affairs and of the Spanish language.
